FAQs
Shopping & Orders
How does mood-based shopping work?
Most shops ask you what you want. We ask you how you feel. Instead of browsing by product type, you start with your emotional state — exhausted and people-pleasing, or in your soft healing era, or holding onto some very righteous rage — and shop from there. Every mood at TayLeem has its own collection, its own vibe, and its own persona who gets it. Find your mood, find your stuff.
What’s the "Find Your Mood" quiz?
It’s a short quiz that helps you figure out which TayLeem mood collection fits where you’re at right now. Not your personality in general — just today. Because you might be KIKI energy on Monday (boundaries, rest, don’t talk to me) and full ROSE mode by Thursday (sacred fury, heels, not accepting less). The quiz meets you where you are. It’s currently in development — in the meantime, browse the
Mood Universe collections and trust your gut. You already know which one called to you.
How do I know which mood is right for me?
Honestly? Read the descriptions and notice which one makes you go "oh, that’s me right now."That’s your mood. You don’t have to overthink it. The collections aren’t meant to box you in — they’re meant to hand you a mirror and say, you’re not alone in this.
Can I shop across multiple moods?
Absolutely. You are not one thing. That’s literally the whole point. You can have a JAMIE planner, a ROSE sticker on your laptop, an AMARA journal, and a NOVA mug — all at once, all in the same cart. Shop what resonates. There are no rules here.
What payment methods do you accept?
All the standard ones — credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and any accelerated checkout options your browser or device supports (like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). If you can’t get something to work, reach out. We’ll figure it out.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Standard flat rate shipping is $5.99 for all U.S. orders. Hit $50 or more and your shipping is on us — completely free. We ship within the U.S. only right now, but international shipping is on the way. (We hear you, international TayLeem family. We’re coming.)
How long does shipping take?
Here’s the breakdown so there are no surprises:
•Processing time: 3–5 business days (some custom or made-to-order items may take up to 7 days)
•Delivery time: 3–7 business days after your order ships
So from the moment you check out to the moment your package arrives, you’re looking at roughly 6–14 business days on the longer end. We know patience is hard when you’ve just found your people. Worth it, we promise.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but soon. We’re currently U.S.-only, and we’re actively working on expanding internationally. Want to be first to know when it’s available? Sign up for our email list or follow us on social.
What if my order is damaged or missing?
That’s not okay and we want to fix it. If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact page. If your package shows as delivered but isn’t there, give it 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers are optimistic about delivery windows) and then reach out. We’ll track it down or make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in original condition. Because our products are often mood-specific and made with care, a few things are final sale: digital downloads, custom or personalized items, and any items marked as such at checkout. Not sure if yours qualifies? Just ask — we’d rather talk it through than have you stuck with something that doesn’t serve you.
How do I start a return?
Head to our Contact page and send us your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll reply with next steps, usually within 1–2 business days. Please don’t send anything back without hearing from us first — we want to make sure it gets to the right place.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — with some flexibility. If you’d like a different size, finish, or product, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it work. Exchanges are subject to availability. If what you want is out of stock, we’ll help you find the next best thing or process a refund.
Products
What materials are your stickers made from?
Our stickers are printed on premium printable vinyl — which means they’re durable, water-resistant, and built to survive real life. Laptops, water bottles, notebooks, cars, the emotional support cabinet in your bathroom — wherever you want to put them, they’ll hold up.
What sizes do stickers come in?
Three sizes to fit your vibe and your space:
•Small — 2 inches
•Medium — 3 inches
•Large — 4 inches
When in doubt, go medium. It’s the Goldilocks of sticker sizes.
What finishes are available?
•Matte — Soft, non-reflective, gives everything a subtle editorial feel
•Glossy — Shiny, vibrant, classic sticker look
•Holographic — Iridescent, prismatic, catches the light and the attention it deserves
The finish you choose is part of the vibe. Pick accordingly.
Will you be adding apparel or new products?
Yes — always. TayLeem is an expanding Mood Universe. We started with stickers and digital products because they’re immediate, accessible, and deeply personal. Apparel, mood boxes, bundles, journals, planners, mugs — it’s all part of the roadmap. The best way to know when something new drops is to be on the email list or follow along on social. We don’t gatekeep launches.
Digital Products
How do I access my digital download?
After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your account and going to your order history. Downloads are typically available immediately after purchase. If you don’t see the email, check your spam — and if it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll sort it out fast.
Can I use digital designs commercially?
Personal use only, unless a product listing specifically states otherwise. That means you can print it, use it for your personal projects, put it on your stuff — but not resell the files, use them in products you’re selling, or claim the design as your own. If you’re interested in a commercial license for a specific design, reach out and we can talk through it.
The TayLeem Universe
What is TayLeem?
TayLeem is a mood-based emotional ecosystem — a lifestyle brand built for people who feel deeply, think differently, and refuse to pretend they’re only one thing. We make physical and digital products organized around six emotional states, so instead of shopping by product type, you shop by how you actually feel. Every item at TayLeem is an answer to the question: What do I need right now?
It was created by Ashley — a founder who got tired of brands that told her to be more positive, less complicated, or easier to categorize. TayLeem is the brand she needed and couldn’t find.
Who are the mood personas?
Each TayLeem mood has a persona — a character who fully lives in that emotional state and gets it without explanation. Here’s the quick rundown:
•KIKI — Sassy Self-Care. The recovering people-pleaser who finally said: rest is not a reward. "Rest isn’t earned. It’s required."
•JAMIE — Organized Chaos. The brilliant, high-functioning mess whose brain isn’t broken — the system just wasn’t built for her. "High-functioning mess energy."
•ROSE — Feminine Rage. Poetic defiance in heels. Sacred anger as wisdom, not weakness. "Your anger is wisdom."
•AMARA — Healing Looks Good on You. The soft landing. Gentle, warm, inner-child healing, zero rush. "Healing doesn’t rush you."
•NOVA — Zodiac Energy. Cosmic confidence with humor. Celestial glam meets actual intuition. "Written in the stars — but you still choose."
•VALENTINA — Spicy Book Club. Romance reader, community builder, collector of fictional men with very real feelings. "Fictional men, real feelings."
How is TayLeem different from other shops?
Most shops sell products organized by what they are. TayLeem is organized around what you need. We’re not a sticker store that happens to have motivational quotes — we’re a mood-based emotional ecosystem where every product is intentionally placed in an emotional context.
We also don’t do toxic positivity. We’re not going to tell you to “choose joy” and send you off with a sparkly tumbler. We’re going to meet you in the chaos, the grief, the exhaustion, the rage — and hand you something that says “I see you.” That’s the difference.
